1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the qqee4 platform and its services. By visiting the website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

qqee4 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Any changes take effect from the moment they are published, and continued use of the service after that point will be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

5 Account Closure & Suspension

qqee4 may close or suspend any account immediately for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Involvement in fraud, false information, or illegal activity.
• Evidence of operating more than one account.
• Abuse of the bonus system.
• Attempting to exploit the system through collusion with other users.

Users may also close their own account at any time — please contact the support team to do so.

6 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on qqee4 is ৳300. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Information provided at the time of deposit must be accurate. qqee4 will not be responsible for any delays or complications caused by incorrect information. Once a deposit is successful, it is credited to your account automatically.

7 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from qqee4 is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.

Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure that:

• Your account verification is complete.
• Any applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• The withdrawal amount is ৳500 or more.

If a request requires additional verification, processing may take longer.

8 Currency & Taxes

All transactions on qqee4 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). It is entirely the user's responsibility to pay any applicable taxes or duties on winnings. qqee4 does not provide tax advice.

9 Welcome Bonus

New users on qqee4 will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 will add the maximum ৳5,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

10 General Bonus Policy

The following general policies apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on qqee4:

• Bonuses are only for users who provided accurate information at the time of registration.
• Each bonus may be used once only, and not across multiple accounts.
• Attempting to open multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• qqee4 reserves the right to change bonus terms or cancel a bonus at any time.
• qqee4 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and winnings in cases of suspicious activity.

11 Fair Play

qqee4 is committed to providing a fair and safe gaming environment for all users. Games on the platform are operated under SSL encryption and fair play principles.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software or technique to illegally influence the outcome of a game.
• Colluding with other users to cheat the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Operating bots or automated software on the platform.

Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

12 Technical Issues & Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, qqee4 will determine the outcome of that round in accordance with its rules. If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software or hardware error, qqee4 reserves the right to reinstate the correct result.
